Because tea samples and sourcing kits are prepared for evaluation, returns are reviewed case by case. If an item arrives damaged or does not match the confirmed order, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details.

Custom sourcing, private label samples, and opened food products may not be returnable unless there is a confirmed fulfillment error.
