Origin names are useful, but they do not automatically guarantee a tea is right for your product line. Buyers should compare grade, season, processing style, consistency, and price together.
Do Not Compare Names Alone
Two teas with similar origin labels can taste very different. Sample comparison should include aroma, liquor color, body, aftertaste, leaf appearance, and whether the lot can be supplied consistently.
Build a Buying Standard
Once you choose a target profile, keep reference samples and written notes. This gives future suppliers a clear benchmark and helps your team avoid drifting quality.
